O’BRIEN / Governance Design occasionally works with consultancy associates who are not employees of the company. These associates will be made known to a client prior to its engagement of O’BRIEN / Governance Design. We also use third-parties processors to provide the services and business functions listed below. All processors of data acting on our behalf in this context will only process your data in accordance with instructions from us, and will comply fully with this privacy notice, with the data protection laws, and with any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Third-Party Processors

  • WordPress (and associated add-ons) – used to manage the content of this website.
