Evaluation is essential.  It provides an opportunity to see if a policy, project, or initiative is meeting its objectives.  If not, the outcomes of evaluation can help to put things back on track.

CONSULTANCY

We advise on how to conduct an effective policy, initiative or project evaluation:
We have a detailed discussion with the client on the purpose of the evaluation and provide advice on how it could be undertaken.

We independently conduct evaluations:
The company undertakes evaluations on behalf of the client.  We use research, consultation, and qualitative and quantitative data to inform our analysis and conclusions.

WORKSHOPS

We provide workshops to support the conduct of evaluations:
