Strategic planning provides an opportunity to re-establish an organisation, both for its staff and for its stakeholders.



We assist organisations in developing their strategic plans:
We work with the staff and the Board to establish the purpose of their next strategic plan and how they want it to work for them. We conduct research, consultation and analyse data, to inform the thinking of the organisation.  We also draft the strategic plan.




We provide workshops to support the development of strategic planning:
Deciding what type of strategic plan you want and how it can be developed (half-day workshop).
