Inclusive Consultation

Good governance suggests consultation should be undertaken when a policy, project or initiative is intended to impact others.

We advise on how to plan and implement inclusive consultation.   We have a detailed discussion with the client on the purpose of the consultation and provide advice on how it could be undertaken.

We independently conduct consultation:
The company undertakes consultation on behalf of the client and provides a report on its outcomes.

We provide workshops to support the development and implementation of consultation plans:
Planning for inclusive consultation (half-day workshop).
